Ooops I loved this. Came the day after I received an email from the Borders and Immigration Agency, advising that I could get the publication I was looking for copies of in the Office of Public Information website. This was the first place we looked a week ago and couldn't find it. We phoned they told us to phone BIA, we did they gave us another number who gave us a number (for BIA). I emailed House of Commons Info with their Reference Number and Title and asked where I could get copies. They passed my enquiry on to BIA who got back to me yesterday advising I could get it via the Office of Public Information (the first place we looked) or from TSO We tried we couldn't find it, we gave up and printed 20 copies from the PDF.Labels: Burearocracy
