Happy New Year everybody I have had a shit cold for the past few days and then I passed a different version on to mrs tnr. Her's is far less severe though and doesn't seem to have the same debilitating effect as mine had. This caused significant disruption to our New Year celebrations and we didn't make the Councillor's party which was a great shame. We have caught up with some folk though and I finally got the chance to take my chrissy present outside. I thought cycling might be a good thing, in a fitness focussed new year, I never realised though, how unfit I was or how uncomfortable the saddle is. God I may never get back on it again after a brief trip down to the harbour!Labels: Manflu
