So what is timesnewroman? It's not the font, rather my take on the age we live in. The USA is the new Rome and the times we live in are timesnewroman.

The snot has caked against my pants

A visit to the dvd shop found this little beauty on sale for two quid, only they couldn't find the disc. They did later though and phoned us. Its perfect 36 years later.

The displaced madman who sits behind me at work has got me listening to Tiken Jah Fakoly, brought about from when he was working with young asylum seekers from the Ivory Coast, who were big fans. I reckon he's pretty damn good. Laid back reggae but with fairly clear political overtones. Marleyesque, only African and in French mostly. Anybody who has a song featuring Thomas Sankara as a Martyr is okay in my book.

Still at work, the apprentice demonstrates that he is a twisted bugger. Life-long Celtic fan and guess who he hopes wins, and why, midweek in the game between Celtic and Hearts?

Okay, football question. If a player in an offside position jumps over the ball on its way into the net, is he or is he not interfering with play? Bollocks, referees in this country are just plain shite.
