A Day in the Burrell (well an afternoon anyway)
After dining alfresco on the terrace, thewife and I spent an enjoyable Glasgow Fair Monday at the Burrell Collection. the wife is a bit of a sinofile, bless her, so we went to visit an new exhibition entitled One Million Days in China, there's an online version as well. Thoroughly enjoyable day out and entirely free, except for the fulfilled desire of having to pop into Sainsbury's on the way home.
Sunday night's quiz was cancelled due to the proprietor of the King's being at the Open Golf thingy, which meant that no-one had the key to the office to uplift the specially faxed questions. This meant that thewife and I had to satisfy our question cravings by watching both Mastermind and University Challenge and doing not at all to badly.
